I’m planning to have my septal cartilage removed. I heard that when septal cartilage is removed, it feels like the inside of the nose is wide open.. Does that mean the septal cartilage inserted like a plate in the middle of the nostrils is also completely removed? The septal cartilage placed as a support in the columella.. and the septal cartilage inserted like a plate in the middle of the nostrils When removed.. do they all disappear? Is that why people say it feels refreshing? In my case, the plate-like septal cartilage placed in the middle of the nostrils is so uncomfortable, and it’s also uncomfortable to breathe, so I absolutely have to remove it..
