I’ve had incisional ptosis correction once before, but the line got buried, so I’m planning to get revision surgery, and this time I’m thinking of raising the line too! The existing scar isn’t that severe, but at a clinic I went to for a consultation last year when I had time, they recommended removing the existing scar and excising the sagging skin because of the drooping. But I’m also wondering if it’s really necessary to go that far... If I just release the existing line and raise only the line, will it get buried again later..? For clinics, I’m intentionally only looking at eye-specialized clinics, like ㅊㅇ/ㅇㅁㄷ/ㅋㄹㅁ, etc.
so02 I also had it done with an incision and I’m looking into revision surgery. To release the existing line, wouldn’t it have to be done by incision, and if so, wouldn’t excision be part of it..? I don’t know the details either, so I’m asking
올과일 I think it might be okay to just release the existing line and raise only the line. How many places are you planning to go for consultations? Look into clinics like ㅅㅅ or ㅁㅅㄹㅇ too. Since it’s revision surgery, I think it would help to visit many places
에쑤알 I do think it would be best to go for consultations and ask accuratelyㅠㅠ Try going to the same clinics, I think they seem okay!
꾸웅 Me too ㅜ Since it’s revision surgery, this time I’m filtering out all factory-style clinics and only looking mainly at eye-specialized places. ㅋㄹㅁ and ㅊㅇ overlap with mine
아이옹즈 If the skin is sagging, wouldn’t excision be better? If you leave the sagging as it is, I feel like it’ll literally get buried.. ㅋㄹㅁ looks okay for eyes too, and ㅁㅅㄹㅇ is also eye-specialized
기부니가별로 If it’s sagging, wouldn’t it be excised anyway?? Or not? I went to ㅋㄹㅁ, and the consultation was on the good side

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 2 It's a revision surgery, but would they know if I lied and said it was my first? My non-incisional lateral/lower canthoplasty all closed back up
I had lower canthoplasty 5 years ago with a non-incisional method (periosteal fixation). Now mine has closed back up. This time I'm planning to do lateral/lower canthoplasty with an incisional method, but the price goes way up for revision

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
