<Before and after.. my uneven eyes improved so much><Eyes before surgery><Recent photos entering month 3>I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method in winter 2020, and I’d been living with it feeling more or less satisfied. But after getting treatment for a stye last year, the line on my right eye suddenly started coming undone little by little. If the difference hadn’t been that big, I would have just let it go, but even at a glance, it was obvious my eyes were very uneven, so it was quietly stressful. Every time I took photos, the left-right difference was so clear that it bothered me. I spent months just wondering whether or not to get revision surgery, and at that time I happened to get a long holiday, so I looked into surgery during that gap. I found a few clinics through an online cafe, but most clinics were either fully booked or the schedule didn’t work, so I passed on them, and the clinic whose timing matched perfectly is the one where I had surgery now. At the first consultation, both the director and the consultant were kind, and they checked everything carefully during the consultation, so I didn’t look around any further and had surgery here. (I really was a lucky case, and if it’s a revision, I do think it’s better to be more cautious and visit many places for consultations.) During the incisional revision, they also corrected the existing scar, and because they had to release the previous adhesion too, the surgery itself was a bit complicated. Maybe because of that, bruising and swelling remained until the one-month mark. But as time passed, it gradually became more natural, and the symmetry on both sides also lined up well. I’m around 3 months post-op now, and I had asked them to refix the undone part on the right side to match the left. I originally tend to prefer the buried suture method, but I saw people say buried sutures aren’t very good for eyes with sagging, so I proceeded with incision. Still, even though it was incisional, I’m relieved the line came out thin and natural. I don’t really know about anything else, and right now I’m most satisfied that my eye symmetry matches well. I like that, compared to before, I can clearly see the uneven eyes have been corrected. I hope I don’t have to touch them anymore from now on, and I just hope the current state maintains well.

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
