I had severe rhinitis, so I underwent septal surgery, and because my columella was slightly crooked, I also had surgery to correct that. The problem is that blood had collected in the first week, but because the appointment with the director who performed the surgery was canceled due to a desk staff mistake, the accumulated blood was discovered in the second week, and I immediately had surgery (irrigation). The issue is that while doing the irrigation, they made an open incision again. The surgery also took about an hour. It didn’t seem like they only did irrigation. A week later, when the splint was removed and I checked, my columella was completely leaning to one side. Even more than before surgery. I didn’t ask them to make my nose higher; I only asked them to correct the columella properly. Was that really so difficult?ㅜ I really wanted to cry, but they said swelling can come up unevenly, so let’s wait one more week. You can kind of tell whether it’s crooked because of swelling or because the surgery went wrong, right? What should I really do? It’s almost been 2 weeks, so the major swelling should have gone down. Do I need revision surgery, or even in a case like this, do I have to wait 6 months? Also, in a case like this, can I get a refund? I’m a man and I’ve lived very far removed from this kind of cosmetic surgery, so I desperately need everyone’s help and attention ㅜㅜ
