About 2 and a half years ago,,
I had rhinitis surgery + cosmetic surgery,,
They used silicone and septal cartilage,,
At the time, it turned out natural, so I was satisfied,
but now the silicone keeps shifting to one side and slipping downward,, and I have symptoms of cartilage show-through,,
I think people with facial asymmetry need to be even more careful about surgery,,
If I press slightly on the area where the cartilage shows through, it even hurts ㅠㅠ
I’m wondering whether I should have it removed ㅠ
Is it possible to remove only the cartilage,, I want to leave the columella support and nose height as they are as much as possible,, can only this visible cartilage be removed,,
Or can I remove the silicone + cartilage and leave the columella as is,,
I joined today and searched around,, contracture?? contraction??? Anyway, I’m worried because removal doesn’t seem easy either,,
