I had donated costal cartilage surgery 5 years ago, and as the nasal tip got absorbed, it lifted upward. This time, I am going around for consultations for one last second revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. I just need to decide between these two places, but it is so hard ㅠㅠ 1. ㄹㅇ - Director has experience at a large hospital / now a new single-doctor clinic / reasonable price / kind / also provides scar care / good at both glamorous noses and natural noses / 3D custom silicone / no one around me has done it there. There are a lot of reviews / surgery time 6 hours ㅠㅠ 2. ㅎㄴㅂ - single-doctor clinic that only does noses / specializes in revision surgery / former ENT specialist / no marketing or advertising at all. All word of mouth / price about +1 million higher / no scar care / swelling care yes / natural nose / surgery time 3 hours / finding reviews is like finding a star in the sky / but a famous YouTuber did it here My nose is very low and thin, so both described similar surgical methods. I overall liked No. 1 because they treat scars professionally too and were so kind, but the surgery time is so long, and that is my biggest concern For No. 2, it is disappointing that there are not many case photos, and I want a somewhat naturally glamorous nose, but there are a lot of reviews saying it is natural. Please think it through with meㅠㅠ
김치밥 No. 2 is the place in Gangnam, right? I think it's the hospital where I had my nose surgery lol If it's disappointing and unclear because there are no case photos, how about going for another consultation? Since it's a second revision rhinoplasty, you can't help but be cautiousㅠ
