It’s already been almost 2 years since I had it done. I had so many worries before getting on the operating table at a young age. Mine were seriously small, almost just nipple-level. So when I was in high school, I went to a plastic surgery clinic in my neighborhood (a regional area) for a consultation, and that doctor said my breasts themselves had a short radius and my torso circumference was small, so it would be a difficult case to operate on. So he said a small hospital like that wouldn’t work and wrote down two hospitals for me. Then time passed, and I only remembered one of the hospitals. That was ㅂㄹ Plastic Surgery Clinic, and it was a place that only did breast surgery.
Strangely, I think I trusted this clinic even before getting the consultation. The price was really, really expensive, but because I knew it would have been hard for me to be 100% satisfied no matter who operated on my breasts, I don’t regret having it done at ㅂㄹ.
After the surgery on the first day, I had a hard time for a long while because I couldn’t wake up from the anesthesia. I think the surgery was around 3:30? but when I woke up, it was almost 10 at night ㅠㅠ It was really hard. My dad came to pick me up, and he thought I’d just had surgery because of a breast tumor (he still doesn’t know). From the next day, I slept leaning against the bed for about a week. This pain is really beyond words. Thankfully it wasn’t somewhere like my face, so it didn’t show, but when I leaned back and then had to get up again, it was hard to get up by myself unless someone helped me. And my breasts felt so tight that it hurt, and it hurt so, so much that I called the emergency number asking what was going on. They said my skin had very strong elasticity, so they had a hard time suturing it. That’s why the surgery took longer too.. They said my skin would feel a bit tight, so I had no choice but to just hope time would pass.
After about a week, it got better. For reference, my surgery ended on Friday night and I went to work on Monday. Thankfully I had an office job, and it didn’t interfere with working. Honestly, even I think I was pretty tough.
Anyway, now it does look a bit obvious, but my satisfaction is 200%. Even if I were told to do it again, I think I would, even though it’s scary ㅠㅠ Since I only live once, I didn’t want to live without breasts as a woman.
Oh, for reference, I had a very small frame, but I asked them to put in the largest size I could have. I think they put in around 275, with teardrop implants, and the price was about 1ㅇㅇㅇ ten-thousand won.. While doing it, the doctor said it might look obvious, and it really does look obvious, in terms of feel and shape.. But there were also boyfriends who didn’t know. Maybe they were pretending not to know? I’ve never once heard someone say, “You had surgery, right?” I think going as large as possible really is best.
I feel grateful to the doctor who let me live a new life.
I hope this was helpful ^^
