There was an effect, but it didn't slim down in a way that suited my face; it became a peanut-shaped face. I was flustered because I hadn't been told beforehand that this could happen. There was no separate aftercare. After that, I filled the sunken areas with filler elsewhere. Unless you have a lot of facial fat, I think it would be better not to do it. They are not as warm and kind in style as on YouTube.
