The director gives consultations very professionally and well! There really are no discounts. Since the price may go up, you need to ask in advance and tell them to let you know if it increases! I had a consultation between January and February, and when I tried to book again, it had gone up by 300,000 won, and they said there was nothing they could do. The director explains things well in an easy-to-understand way and is good. But although the consultant is kind, she adds too much overly elaborate wording when she talks, so I couldn’t understand.. So when I kept asking because I didn’t understand, or asked her to check whether this was possible, she would say things like, “I’ve been explaining it to you this whole time, haven’t I? You don’t understand? You understand, right? Do you understand?” That made me feel really, really bad.. Aside from everything else, I’m still the customer, but she kept trying to lecture me.. asking if I couldn’t understand.... She said wording matters, but I hope she thinks more about those words herself when dealing with customers… And she said she didn’t know what my needs were and was reluctant to proceed with surgery because she was worried I might be dissatisfied with the result. So I asked, “Then does that mean it would be difficult for me to have surgery here?” and she said, “No, that’s not it,” and explained again.. In the end, that was what she meant. But she kept saying, “No, that’s not it”.. haha When I consulted directly with the director, there wasn’t really any problem. Several situations arose while talking with the consultant over the phone. In my opinion, the consultant’s role is to know how to respond to customers and to connect the director and customer well, but she doesn’t seem very good at that. I hope they respond after considering the customer’s position, who is paying a large amount of money and entrusting them with their face.
