Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Please, I hope clinics get their systems in order (revision rhinoplasty review)

<Nose before revision surgery. No columella, looks like a cone snack><After revision surgery~ I had columella lowering and got a naturally glamorous result>If you're going to have surgery, I think it's right to go to a place with a proper system Before, I wanted a natural-looking straight-to-slightly-curved nose So for my first surgery, I had rhinoplasty using silicone and septal cartilage But back then, they just operated right away without any other tests Strangely, I had no columella, and the shape itself was different from what I wanted, it just looked like a cone snack, so my self-esteem dropped hard I was embarrassed to walk around with my face showing so I couldn't even tell people around me that I had surgery So I got revision surgery I had silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and columella lowering together Since it cost a certain amount, I had it done at a place where the hospital examination system and aftercare were properly set up The place I went to this time had X-ray examination equipment and they also gave me an autologous costal cartilage warranty certificate that refunds you if the nasal tip drops During the consultation, they said my nose looked pointy because the columella was lifted, which was a bit shocking When I went to the first-surgery clinic for my final follow-up, they never said anything like that I feel like I got played.. ridiculous Even though it was a revision, the nasal packing was so hard, and you can basically think of it as spending all day trying to breathe with your nose blocked.. It was at least okay during the day, but when sleeping it was seriously so stuffy I wanted to curse After they removed the packing it was somewhat better, but even then the inside was still very swollen, so it still felt stuffy After receiving swelling treatment, it seemed to go down quickly I'm so satisfied with the shape Overall, the nasal bridge rose smoothly without any step-off, and the nasal tip is also high and softly rounded haha I told the director that I wasn't greedy and that using autologous costal cartilage was fine, so please just make it successful and make it not look obviously surgically done It came out exactly how I wanted, so I'm honestly thinking what a relief it is.. I didn't know lowering the columella would make such a big difference, it's seriously fascinating Honestly, I don't think doing it two or three times is necessary; it's better to do it properly when you do it, seriously...
