Hello.. This was my 5th surgery on my nose alone. I didn’t want it, but because the silicone in my nose kept shifting, I ended up having multiple surgeries. I didn’t like the nose shape I had 2 years ago with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage, so with the mindset that this would really be the last time, even leaving a scar on my chest, I had surgery with silicone and autologous costal cartilage. They said costal cartilage has good strength, so the shape wouldn’t droop and the nose could be built up high, so I made my nose high... At first there was swelling, so I thought it only looked high because of that and waited. But those who have had costal cartilage will know.. Honestly, the foreign-body sensation wasn’t very uncomfortable, but the Pinocchio-like nose shape, the height and line that didn’t suit my image, kept bothering me.. Recently, people around me said it had become much more natural than at first and tried to stop me, saying I didn’t need to do anything.. I’m over 30 now too, and I hated the thought of putting a knife to my face again, so for 2 years I just kept worrying and gave up, thinking I should just live with it. But I’m soon going abroad and planning not to come back for a long time, so rather than living miserably with this nose.. I thought, it’s my face for life, let me endure it once.. I decided on surgery and had revision surgery. For the bridge, the silicone was replaced... lowered, and for the nasal tip, the costal cartilage was removed and cartilage rearrangement was done. I removed the tape today.... Sigh... I can only sigh.. I wanted to go back to a natural-looking face and wanted my short, bulbous nose to look a bit smaller.. But the result, maybe because of swelling.. My nose looks like a big-nosed caricature.. The alar lobules are too big, and the columella, maybe because it had previously been built up high with costal cartilage, after removing it, has sagged downward... When viewed from the side, the operated, wrinkled-looking skin inside my nose is completely visible.. Maybe I should have listened to the people around me who said I didn’t need to do it... I’m so upset I can’t sleep, and I’m only looking at reviews from people who had removal... What should I do about the sagging columella?? Those who have had the same experience as me... please help me. Should I wait? Or should I touch up the columella again..? ㅠㅠ
