The pulling sensation is at its peak. My nose hurts, and the shape of the cartilage shows through at the nasal tip. Still, it doesn’t hurt as much as before removing the silicone. Back then, I really thought I was going to lose my mind. But honestly, it still hurts now too. The nasal tip also feels tight.. I wonder if anyone has symptoms like mine.. I’m thinking that it’s still part of the healing process. I’m also trying not to look in the mirror. Starting tomorrow, I’m going to exercise and try drinking a lot of water. Thank you for reading. If you’re curious about what my condition was like, you can read the posts I wrote and you’ll know. Nasal contracture does come back down. Don’t worry, and an upturned nose is also a temporary symptom, so don’t worry. And nasal cartilage repositioning.. honestly, I don’t really want to recommend it as a necessary surgery. If you’re going to get repositioning, I recommend just having it removed instead. I hope everyone’s noses get better. Please avoid manipulating the nasal tip. I hope it gets better.

Hello.. This was my 5th surgery on my nose alone. I didn’t want it, but because the silicone in my nose kept shifting, I ended up having multiple surgeries. I didn’t like the nose shape I had 2 years ago with Gore-Tex and ear cartilage, so
