I didn’t want to put in an implant, so 2 years ago I had surgery at Livens ENT, the only place I had been keeping an eye on for a closed approach with no implant. I’m not extremely satisfied, but I do think my complex improved to a reasonable extent, so overall I feel like I’m glad I did it. However, once the swelling goes down, I think the nasal bridge tends to become bumpier than in the photos on the website. (After all my swelling went down, I looked closely at the parts I didn’t like, and I noticed the same issue even in the post-op photos that had looked simply pretty to me before surgery.)
