I had nose surgery 6 years ago using ear cartilage + silicone. My nose was so low to begin with (to the point that the area between my eyes looked sunken), so I think they put in 5 mm, but after surgery, no one noticed lol. Or maybe they knew and just pretended not to... That’s how little prettier I looked, and my nose shape didn’t look like a celebrity’s either lol. Still, I had no inflammation after surgery, and I lived just fine blowing and picking my nose. After living with the same unattractive face for over 6 years, recently I started wanting to improve my appearanceㅠㅠ So 2 months ago, I went to get nostril reduction surgery. At a different clinic from before.. Originally, I was going to get a non-incisional reduction, but they said that over time the thread could stretch and it could return to the way it wasㅠㅠㅠ So I suddenly ended up getting incisional surgery!!! It was scary because it was done under local anesthesia, but I endured it well lol. But I don’t know if it’s a side effect or what, when I smile or do things like that, the tip of my nose hurts as if it’s being pressed downㅠㅠ When I asked the clinic, they said it was temporary... It did get a bit better with time, but it still hurts sometimesㅠㅠ Also, my nostrils weren’t originally on the large side, so after reducing them, my nostrils became too smallㅠㅠㅠ It’s inconvenient to pick my nose...ㅎ
Since my nose was very low and only the bridge became higher, the boundary between my forehead and the nasal implant looks pretty obvious, and the glabella looks relatively low, so I’m thinking about fat grafting. But I really hate an overly full foreheadㅠㅠ When I look at photos after fat grafting, everyone’s forehead looks extremely round and full... Please recommend whether filler treatment would be better or fat grafting would be better!!
