I want to remove everything, including the septal cartilage that was placed on top and the support strut, and only redo cartilage tying. But does the tip still get hard even with cartilage tying alone? Can you make a pig nose... I’m wondering whether I should have the cartilage tying undone too when I remove everything. They also say it will come undone on its own later anyway...
