Is it okay to undo cartilage tying after one or two years..? I saw a post from someone who was struggling because even after having it undone, maybe because adhesions had formed, the nostril shape stayed the same... and they said there was really no change Is that still the case now..? I really want to become more natural-looking while having the tying undone...
