I really thought about it a lot, then saw the director's blog posts and had a consultation too, but I became even more conflicted, so after worrying and worrying, in the end I had the surgery, and I'm exactly satisfied. My lateral cheekbones weren't severe, so the effect isn't dramatic, but if they shaved them too much, I thought I'd be stressed because of sagging, so I did quick cheekbone reduction, and I'm satisfied.
