It seems swelling after double-eyelid surgery varies from person to person. For me, I think it took almost about 2 years for the swelling to go down completely.. At first it was totally sausage-like, so I wondered if I needed revision surgery, and after a year I even looked into revision-surgery clinics, but now it has gotten a bit better
