Nose implant removal

Before nose surgery After surgery I had nose surgery on May 8, and right now I’m under extreme stress. I’ve lost so much confidence in my face that I don’t even want to look in the mirror ㅠㅠ The bridge is silicone, the tip is costal cartilage. But my nose wasn’t a short nose, so I don’t understand why they said they used costal cartilage ㅠㅠ Before surgery, my nostrils were slightly visible, but they raised the tip too much, so the nostril shape now looks like a vertical line, the nostrils look huge, and all you can see are my nostrils ..... I’m a woman who had surgery, and I’m not even trying to show it, but it looks so artificial that I really hate it ..... The clinic says it’ll be a month soon, so I should wait and see, but the swelling has already gone down and only the residual swelling is left. No matter how much swelling goes down, I feel like this nose would need to be lowered again right now; I don’t think it’s the kind of nose that will come down just because the swelling subsides ..... Every day I look at my pre-op photos and keep thinking, why did I do that? I’m kicking myself. Whether it’s pretty or not, I want to go back to my old, natural nose. Can I go back to my original nose????????????? I’m also scared it might change in an even stranger way, and I can’t decide easily. I’m frustrated to death..... They said they shaved down a little of the right bone during surgery, so not perfectly, but can I go back to something similar to my original nose??????? I heard that if the bridge and tip are removed, the nose can end up wrinkled and shorter. Is that true??????????? If anyone has had a similar experience, please reply ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
