I’m not usually the type to write posts or upload photos anywhere, but before and after removal, I got a lot of help from many people’s reviews and posts in this community, so I’m posting this in case my review can help even a little. Today I went to the hospital, got the stitches removed, took off the taping, and saw the shape of my nose.. I was surprised because the nasal tip was higher than I expected. I even asked because I thought maybe they hadn’t removed everything. People are saying that after removal, it actually looks more like I had rhinoplasty haha. I must be really swollen. Before removal, the doctor said that if the septal cartilage was removed, my nose would droop, but when I asked today, they said it probably won’t droop much from how my nose looks now. Strangely, in the nostril opposite the side that was opened, whether it’s swelling or cartilage, there’s a bulge sticking out above the columella The doctor also just said that my original nose was odd on that side It will go down, right? Thankfully it’s not visible or anything, but it still subtly bothers me I got too eager even though it’s only been one week, so I tried making a pig nose and pressing down from above.. It hurts a lot. I wonder when it won’t hurt anymore I should stop touching it now haha. The columella area and nasal tip are still very firm, and it’s especially uncomfortable when I smile or purse my lips. Especially the columella.. Maybe because I did warm compresses on the nasal tip, it feels softer than earlier. When I wake up after sleeping, it gets firm again I guess it’ll keep being like this for a month or two Everyone, hang in there, and I’ll post another review~~
