I had my first surgery with full autologous costal cartilage, and it’s day 8. Even before, my nose was slightly upturned, had no bridge, and was short, but I clearly said I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved look. But after the splint came off, it feels even more upturned than before, and the line is shaped like a traditional beoseon sock.. The consultant and the doctor say it’s swelling and that once it goes down, it will look like it has lowered, but it’s lifted more than I expected, and since it’s autologous costal cartilage, I don’t think it will come down much.. Should I go and ask them to correct this? ㅠㅠ I feel so upset that I don’t think I can live with it like this
