6 years ago, I had what they called a youth-restoration surgery, a 3-part package: aristocratic surgery, fat grafting to the front cheek area, and under-eye fat repositioning. I was satisfied with the surgery. The aristocratic surgery and under-eye area were really worth doing, and I even recommended it to people around me because they did a good job. After the surgery, the anesthesia hadn't worn off fully, so I wanted to stay lying in the recovery room a bit longer, but I was basically forced out. It wasn't even because there were no seats, they were just too busy. It was definitely factory-style. After that I also had fat grafting and got filler in my nose, but the nose filler became a bit asymmetric.
