With incisional double eyelid surgery + upper epicanthoplasty for the Mongolian fold in the front, my eyes definitely opened up more than before, so they look clearer and I like that, but my former image is gone .. haha I regretted the surgery so much afterward, but after time passed and the swelling went down, I feel foolish for having cried and regretted it so much lol I originally had an inline hidden double eyelid, so I had incisional surgery on the director’s recommendation, but with incisional surgery, as expected, even people seeing me for the first time can tell I had surgery. I don’t think I’ll need revision surgery, but if you want natural-looking eyes, I recommend non-incisional buried sutures
