I went to 3 consultations today but they all recommended different things, so I’m really torn Please read this and leave real, real, real reviews in the replies First of all, my nose has a hump and is bulbous!! 1. ㅇㅍ -CCTV yes, guardian can view in real time -No anesthesiology specialist -Nasal tip: septal cartilage + ear cartilage, shave the nasal bridge hump, recommended thin silicone / osteotomy not needed -Sedation anesthesia -Free revision for 1 year, no anesthesia fee -Visits 3 times: next day, day 4, one week -Free post-op laser treatment -Peak season 8-9 surgeries per day, off-season 4-5 surgeries *I felt uneasy because they do too many surgeries in one day… Also, I went in thinking about autologous costal cartilage, but they said I had enough septal cartilage, so they didn’t recommend autologous costal cartilage! And when I asked the manager about side effects, she said none of her patients had ever had those cases, so my trust dropped a bit.. 2. ㅍㄴㅅ -CCTV yes / viewing available for 30 minutes / 150,000 won for the full video -Anesthesiology specialist yes -General anesthesia -Bulbous nose correction (cartilage suturing & fat removal), osteotomy, autologous costal cartilage, nasal bridge silicone optional ->Unlike ㅇㅍ, they said I have little septal cartilage, so they recommend autologous costal cartilage.. -Autologous costal cartilage warranty system: 3 months -Revision for 1 year, no anesthesia fee -4 visits for one month (2/7..), 3 months / 6 months -2 surgeries per day, morning/afternoon *I was grateful because the director gave a detailed consultation! They shaped and explained how my nose could change, so I could see the line better 3. ㅇㅇ(ㅇu) -CCTV full video for 100,000 won -Anesthesiology specialist yes -General anesthesia -Lifetime revision -Recommended autologous costal cartilage to make the nasal support firm -I’ve never once thought of my nose as long, but they mentioned long-nose correction -Nasal bridge silicone is optional, but because I’m young, they recommended using silicone to make it more glamorous (If using silicone, hump shaving is not needed X; they said, since I’m getting surgery to raise it anyway, why shave it? So I asked whether a space wouldn’t form between the nasal bridge and the silicone, and they said lifting has absolutely nothing to do with side effects and it all fills in with flesh later -> I think shaving the hump and then inserting silicone might be safer, so if anyone here knows well, please tell me, I’m begging) ->Autologous costal cartilage, silicone, osteotomy, septum & long-nose correction *I waited so long for the consultation that I went in exhausted and drained, so I feel like I couldn’t ask questions properly,, I was shocked that there was a 2 million won difference between the partial review-photo option and the full option When I asked about the surgery method ㅍㄴㅅ recommended, which preserves the glabella height, they said then the nasal tip would have to be raised extremely, extremely high Overall review of the 3 places: I liked the two places except ㅇㅍ, but what they said was so different that I’m even more torn After consulting at ㅇㅇ, I also feel like if I get surgery at ㅍㄴㅅ, it might look like “I got plastic surgery,” so I’m really conflicted Everyone who got surgery, please give me real reviews!! #I’ve now visited 3 places, and the places I’ve reserved are ㅁㅎ, ㅂㅂ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅁㅋ, ㅁㅇㄷ, ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅇㅇ(ㅇm). I canceled once because I was scared, then decided to do it again The director seemed confident, but I’m still worried about my age, recovery ability, and even the possibility of necrosis
