Review on Day 12 After Nose Surgery

I was debating whether to write a review, but I’m writing to share a few noteworthy points * For the first week after surgery, it was truly a battle with pain. If you’re sensitive, don’t get nose surgery I’m honestly pretty dull to pain and can sleep well anywhere, but for that week my days and nights were completely flipped, and I couldn’t sleep at night... The pain got worse at night. Goodbye, nighttime sleep... It’s not that it hurts when you touch the nose; for the whole week, the nose just aches with a numb, tingling, stinging pain 24 hours a day. It’s not painful enough to roll around on the floor, but because it hurts nonstop, the stress is huge. I went to get the stitches removed at one week, but they said it hadn’t healed enough, so they couldn’t remove all of them. I wondered when this would ever heal, but after a week, the swelling and pain amazingly started going down quickly. I guess it’s true when people say to just think of yourself as dead for the first week and endure it. Hoo... * Pimples!!!!!! Anyone else get pimples all over their face after nose surgery???? My skin is good, so even if I only wash my face with soap, I’ve barely ever had acne, but after surgery, tiny barely visible pimples popped up on my nose, forehead, and face, ughhhhhh!!!!! It feels like the waste products coming out after surgery are trying to break through the skin and are popping up all over my face. They’re small enough that you wouldn’t notice unless you look closely, but you can feel them if you touch them with your hand, and if you look closely in the mirror, they look like tiny bumps. Those kinds of pimples are on my forehead....oh my gosh.... This hasn’t happened since my senior year of high school I feel like I’m going to faint. Until three weeks, I can’t even properly touch my nose, and the ones on my nose are literally impossible to do anything about, so I’m just leaving them alone, but it’s making me so anxious. Seriously, what’s the point if my nasal bridge gets higher but my skin breaks out.... Right now they’re so small they’re barely visible, so it’s okay, but if these pimples get bigger and red, that would be hor.ri.ble!!! Aigoo * Because I have an inflammatory constitution where wounds don’t heal easily, I took the medication every 6 hours instead of three times a day. Then the swelling went down quickly. If you have an inflammatory constitution, or if inflammation lasted a long time when you got your ears pierced, I recommend this method. The pain is the same.... but the swelling goes down quickly.
