Maybe because they mainly do rhinoplasty, when I went for revision surgery, they pointed out the areas that needed correction right away even before I said anything, and they immediately knew the part that bothered me the most even though I hadn’t mentioned it. They said the shape I wanted could be achieved, but that costal cartilage would be needed, and they told me to choose between donated/autologous. They said it would be best to choose whichever I wanted, and I liked that there was no pressure. They also shaped it exactly the way I had in mind.
