I had nose surgery and I am completely satisfied. But I did not leave it up to the doctor and ask them to do whatever they thought was best; I clearly presented exactly what nose shape I wanted. The surgery was done really well, just like that. I think the most important thing when getting plastic surgery is knowing exactly what look you want and being able to express it in words.
