I liked the review photos, so I went for a consultation, but the line they actually marked for me was not very good, so I explained again what kind of line I wanted. They suddenly got irritated and started using aggressive language like, “Say exactly what you want,” and “Why are you even getting surgery if you’re going to be like this?”; I was dumbfounded, so I canceled the surgery reservation? They only refunded 90% of the deposit. (There had been no mention of refunds.)
