It's been about 4 years since I had surgery here. My first nose surgery was bad enough to call the worst nightmare, so for revision surgery I thought I wanted to do it safely rather than focus on the cosmetic side, and that's why I had surgery here. I've been living without side effects and I don't feel any foreign-body sensation either. However, the shape didn't turn out pretty, so I joined to look into revision surgery. But my nose was a very difficult case to begin with, so I don't not recommend it! It's clean and friendly and all.
