First of all, during the consultation, it didn't feel friendly at all. And even though it was my first surgery, they said I wouldn't get the look I wanted unless I used costal cartilage, so I was a bit flustered. They also spoke a bit coldly, as if saying they weren't sure whether surgery would make me prettier. But because they don't exaggerate that much, I recommend at least getting a consultation.
