Maybe because it’s been one month since my nose surgery, a lot of the swelling has gone down! This is my 3rd nose surgeryㅜ After my very first nose surgery, I honestly felt so discouraged, but I still kind of had hopes that this revision surgery would make my nose much prettier, you know? But when even that went wrong, it was such a shock. I got completely depressed, and I became so self-conscious about my nose that I even developed social anxiety. So for this surgery, I thought of it as my last one and looked into it re~~~~~~~~~ally carefully. Before my tertiary revision surgery, even though it was already a surgically operated nose, my nostrils were asymmetrical, and the right side also had that droopy, dragon-nose kind of look. From the front, my nostrils were way too visible too… Do you think that even makes sense…? lolololol Because of things like this, I was so upset that I barely took photos and didn’t even go outside. But I think this tertiary revision surgery really turned out well…! It’s only been a month, but I’m so satisfied… I’m the type who usually swells easily, so I was really worried the swelling would be severe, but maybe because the clinic took good care of me, the swelling went down faster than I expected, so I was a bit surprised. I just keep wishing the remaining minor swelling would hurry up and go down too….! And most of all, the asymmetry seems much less noticeable than before, so it doesn’t bother me, and thanks to that, my aversion to taking photos is gradually disappearing! I should have just done it sooner instead of wasting time worrying.. lol I had a no-implant procedure using donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and ear dermis, with hump osteotomy and alar rim lowering done together. I had my tertiary revision surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho! I’m so satisfied with my nose right now, so I just hope the shape stays like this and the swelling goes down well, please…!!
