Before my first surgery, my nose was so low that it looked like I only had nostrils, so I said I wanted it natural and not obvious, but it really^^ came out so natural and not obvious at all that nobody knows I had surgery.. I asked for it to look naturalㅠ but it really doesn't show at all, so I looked into revision surgery.
ㅈㅇ Location: near Samseong Jungang Station Consultation time: 15-20 minutes Nose materials: silicone + autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage This was a place I chose after looking at the director's career and skills, and it was a bit hard to book a consultation. I wondered whether to give up and go somewhere else, but I thought I'd regret it a bit if I didn't go here, so I waited and went. The director has a calm style and explained only the parts that clearly needed improvement. Since it was revision surgery, I had many questions and quite a lot of requests? so the consultation ended up longer than expected, but he explained each thing well. He also told me clearly when something couldn't be done. He showed before-and-after photos, and overall they looked natural.
ㅎㅇㅇㄷ Location: near Gangnam Station Consultation time: 10-15 minutes Nose materials: silicone + autologous costal cartilage I went for a consultation because there were many reviews using autologous costal cartilage. Here, they told me that without other options, autologous costal cartilage was almost certainly the material? something like that, and said they would make the nasal bridge and tip higher than now. Compared with the first clinic, the second clinic somehow had a more glamorous design style, and when I looked at the before-and-after photos, overall they all looked natural-glam to glamorous. Rather than giving various options, the director spoke in a way that felt like, "This is what you need to do to succeed."
For the first clinic, I liked that the whole building was the clinic and that there weren't that many people around the station or nearby streets. But the station is a bit unfamiliar? You have to take the regular Line 9 train. The second clinic has better accessibility, but after surgery, having to pass through that area with so many people..? bothered me a bit.
At both clinics, I think the managers and front desk staff were kind. But as long as they're not too unfriendly, I'm okay with it, so I didn't pay that much attention to this. Since the nose I wanted from the beginning was also more on the natural side rather than too natural-glam to glamorous, and above all, I consider the director's consultation the most important, I booked surgery at the first clinic, where the consultation was better.
If things are okay after surgery, I'll try leaving a review.
