It's a revision surgery. It's implant-free, but would it be better to do a lateral osteotomy or not? Since I'm not putting in silicone, would doing it be more effective? Even if the side profile looks the same, there seems to be a difference from the front between doing it and not doing it. It looks that way from below too. What do you all think? I heard that with lateral osteotomy, the nostrils can become narrower and make it hard to breathe.
