Honestly, this was a place I went to for a consultation blindly, with nothing but the thought that I should get rhinoplasty. So I just made an appointment without designating a director, went in, and had a consultation with someone who wasn't the head director. I went in expecting the director to give a very thorough consultation, but they only barely answered when I asked questions, and the consultation ended so quickly that I remember being very disappointed.
