This is my third rhinoplasty revision In my second surgery, I had AlloDerm inserted, but it engrafted unevenly and they also placed a lot of cartilage on top, so although my nose had no inflammation, I had a strong foreign-body sensation and a tight feeling, so I had another revision I was okay with it being low, so it’s just a natural-looking nose with as little technique as possible.. The hospital also pursues natural beauty and safety But I don’t really like this nose either.. My skin is very thin, so they used a short 2 mm silicone implant and did the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage. They also harvested temporalis fascia from both sides and covered it. Maybe because it’s still autologous costal cartilage, I still have philtrum pulling and the nasal tip is hard.. Since my skin is thin, I think it will take a long time.. Oh right, on the right side of my nose, something looked like scar tissue, like a booger.. They said it wasn’t scar tissue but bent cartilage, so they straightened it again and it disappeared cleanly, but instead I got pinching on the right side of my nose Depending on the direction of the light, sometimes it shows and sometimes it doesn’t But it is definitely pinched.. On the right side of the columella, the cartilage protrudes a bit more too, so there is a slight step-off in the side profile Please tell me whether I should get AS or not..ㅜㅜ I don’t want to open it up and have surgery again, should I just live with it? I’ve lowered my expectations a lot.. Please leave comments ..
