1. ㅈㅇ The only plastic surgery clinic among the hospitals where I had consultations. There was little explanation about functional nose surgery (probably natural since it’s a plastic surgery clinic), and the explanation focused mostly on aesthetics. They said they shave down the hump using a different technique from ENT clinics. I liked that the director explained things kindly and in detail. The price was the most expensive among the 4 places. 2. ㅂㄷㄴ A plastic surgery clinic where the director is an ENT specialist, and with about 30 years of experience, so it felt trustworthy. They suggested raising the nasal tip with septal cartilage, but said there may not be enough septal cartilage material, so ear cartilage would definitely be used, and when opening the nose, septal cartilage and ear cartilage might be insufficient, so they suggested preparing donated costal cartilage as well. They said if the patient does not want donated costal cartilage, they can avoid using it, but the result may not be dramatic. The waiting time was the longest among the 4 places I visited. There was also slight pressure to pay a deposit. (Not forced, though.) 3. ㅍㄹㅅ A hospital that became famous because a celebrity had surgery there. There were a lot of people, and it was nice that the consultant pinpointed exactly what I wanted without me even saying what I was looking for. They show the before and after of nose surgery in 3D, which is worth referring to. When I look at surgery reviews, even photos posted as natural-looking noses look excessive, so I’m hesitant. Other hospitals didn’t mention sinusitis, but this was the only place that suggested doing sinusitis surgery together. 4. ㅇㅅㅇㄷ The consultation was the shortest among the 4 places. As soon as I went in, the director decided what needed to be done, and that was it. It was the cheapest among the 4 places, but I felt the consultation also had the least sincerity.
지짱수짱 You really looked into it carefully....
허나윤 I’m also thinking of going for consultations for functional and cosmetic nose surgery together, and ㅂㄷㄴ and ㅍㄹㅅ overlap.. Did you decide on a hospital by any chance?
익명 Where is ㅈㅇ? Is it Jeongwon? It has a different vibe from the other hospitals, so is that right?
