Revision rhinoplasty review

First of all, the consultation waiting time was short, the consultant was kind and explained things in detail, and the director graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine, so I think that made me trust this hospital more and choose it. Even though I had surgery twice, there was not much improvement, so I pushed ahead with a third surgery. I have a rather severe bulbous nose, so other hospitals said it was a difficult nose and that it would be hard to get a good result. I was going around to consultations while almost half-doubting everything, but here they said improvement would not be impossible and that it was possible, so I trusted them and did it. Anesthesia was general + sedation, and the nose materials were: nasal bridge - silicone, nasal tip - autologous costal cartilage. I also had bulbous nose correction, length extension, and paranasal augmentation surgery together. I had paranasal augmentation surgery because my mouth protrudes somewhat, and they said doing it would make it look a bit more recessed. As for pain after surgery, maybe because I had general anesthesia, I was thirsty and my throat hurt a lot. Also, after the anesthesia wore off, the operated area, my nose, started to hurt. But the autologous costal cartilage donor site did not hurt. I got through the pain with the medication the hospital gave me and by going in for IV fluids. Only the first day hurt a lot, and from the next day on, it did not hurt much. Maybe because it was revision surgery, the swelling was severe, and it also did not go down well, so I slightly regretted the surgery. But now, at 3 months, the swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, and only the swelling at the nasal tip remains quite a bit, so I am living with some degree of satisfaction. Also, as you can see in the photos, unlike before, the nose line turned out smooth, and the bluntness seems to have disappeared a lot, so I think I did well getting it done. Since it is a private clinic, the cost is much higher than other places, but they provide aftercare well accordingly, and the director, other staff, and the operating room staff who were beside me during surgery were all kind. Also, the director said he had a lot of experience with revision rhinoplasty, so I was able to trust him more and do it. Safety is also guaranteed, and there is CCTV in the operating room, so do not worry and get revision rhinoplasty from Director Jung Jin-wook at DL!!
