I was stressed my whole life because of my nasal alar base, so I tried alar reduction. I really did a lot of online research and chose a place with a lot of surgical experience in the style I wanted. First, when I visited, the consultant was realistic and kind in the consultation. I was also recommended columella grafting, so I did it together with alar reduction. The surgery was done under local anesthesia, so honestly I was pretty scared ㅠ As expected, the injection really hurt so much. There was no pain, but I could still feel the sensation of having surgery.. ㅋㅋ Still, the surgery time wasn’t long, so it was tolerable. During the surgery, they showed me the condition in a mirror, and at the end they also showed me while I was lying down. Honestly, at that time there was swelling, I was lying down so my face looked spread out, and right after surgery there was blood too, so I worried a lot thinking it had failed, but after some time passed, it got better. All the parts I was worried about were corrected well, and I think my nostril wings turned out really natural.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
