The side profile matters too, but I'm the type who prioritizes improvement from the front, so I'm going around for consultations at every place that has reviews showing a clear before-and-after difference from the front. Maybe because they do a lot of nose surgeries, they were quick to catch and understand the parts I wanted. They seemed to pay a lot of attention to shape-related details, like the columella line seen from the front and how the nasal tip gathers prettily, so communication was good and the consultation felt smooth lol. For materials too, rather than forcing anything, they explained various options and recommended things. It wasn't the fake style of, "Everything will probably turn out great for you~" I liked the line, and the way they thought about the columella line matched well with my ideal nose, so I liked the consultation.
