When I consulted with the manager, she said my skin was so thin that if silicone were inserted it might show through, so she thought it would be good to do the surgery in a direction that doesn’t use silicone. But when I had the consultation with the director, he said usually his opinion matches the manager’s, but since my nose is small and low, it’s true that it needs silicone for it to change, so he suggested inserting silicone to a natural height without overdoing it and then building up the nasal tip along that line. I liked that he explained the nasal height and width well to suit my face.
