I had a large nose with a hump shaved down + osteotomy + nasal tip elevation using the septum, and it has been 6 days since surgery. Will my nasal tip come down a lot? I looked it up and heard that with the septum, there isn't much difference. My nose was originally large, but it feels like it has gotten even higher, so it's bothering me more.. The clinic said there is still swelling on the nasal bridge and tip, so I should wait a bit longer..
