It has been 2 weeks since surgery. They said that after osteotomy, if it was just left alone, it could become uneven, so they placed a thin sheet of artificial dermis? about 1 mm thick. For the nasal tip, they used ear cartilage and did columellar extension? (not the septum)
But right now my nostrils are severely uneven, and under light, the cartilage shows through. My nose also tingles, and my nostrils show much more than before (it looks even worse because they are uneven).
I want to turn back time, and I seriously feel like I’m going crazy and might become depressed..
Can it be removed? They made an incision between the philtrum and the columella to do the columellar extension, and the scar there is still bad too.
