I went to the clinic for a consultation today, and the doctor said they understand what’s bothering me, but if they had to score it, it’s about 90 points already, so they can’t guarantee it would get better with surgery. Considering the cost, recovery, and possible side effects that could happen, they said they wouldn’t recommend it. But the consultant said it’s not very severe right now, but it will eventually get worse, so it would be good to do it as a preventive measure before needing lower blepharoplasty later. Looking at reviews, it does seem like almost everyone’s case is more severe than mine. But this has been such a source of stress for me for years. I have to decide by tomorrow, and I’m really torn.
