I'm considering revision eye surgery because I want the line to be fixed properly. If I want it to not come undone and last a long time, is an incisional method better? So far, I've been looking into a few clinics.. I have a bit of fat around my eyes, so I'm worried that if I do the non-incisional method, the line might come down again...ㅠㅠ Since it's revision surgery, would I feel more at ease doing it incisional?

꾸니까 Incisional fixation really is more reliable. I had a lot of flesh around my eyes and because of my skin type, I got the incisional method at ㅇㅇㅋ, and it's been maintaining well, so I recommend it.

You need to be careful with incisional surgery.
코로론 If you want strong fixation, there's a good chance the incisional method will suit you. Looking at that clinic's canthoplasty and double eyelid before-and-afters, it does seem like they create clearly defined lines.
모토베리 I'm looking into that clinic because I want to get posterior-lower canthoplasty, and it does seem like they do a lot of eye surgeries overall. If you're worried about longevity and fixation, I wonder if the incisional method would be better, especially since it's revision surgery.
