First of all, I have the type with bulging under-eye fat, so after getting consultations at several places, they said I don’t need fat grafting and that my eyes only need repositioning But is repositioning originally done by harvesting (removing) the under-eye fat first and then repositioning (grafting) it again into the hollow area?? I’d always thought they left the fat as it is, pulled it downward, and fixed it in place, but it seems like that may not be it.. Does it differ by hospital??
