If the existing sutures aren’t removed and there are 2 sutures inside, will the next surgery cost increase exponentially, or would they have to go in with an incisional method? I want to have revision eye surgery with the buried-suture method, but the fact that sutures are still left bothers me

I had the buried-suture method, but the line was thin, almost like an inner double eyelid, and they didn't remove any fat, so it got buried under the skin. It's been about 7-8 years since I had revision surgery with a full incision. When I
