The top is before, the bottom is after. I had lateral osteotomy, a slight hump shaved down, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and no implant. It’s been 4 months. Before surgery, I had a bulbous nose and my nose was big, so I wanted a small, cute nose. Because the hump was shaved, my nasal bridge became flat, and only the nasal tip projects out, so from the side, rather than looking smaller, the tip just looks bigger, and from the front, my nose looks long. Even before the surgery, I asked them to do it naturally, just to remove my complex, so it didn’t change dramatically, but my impression changed so much that ever since the surgery, I’ve only been hearing that I look older..... My face is on the broad side, and maybe because of the osteotomy, the overall harmony is completely broken, the nasal bridge is lower so I look cheap-looking.. I tried to get rid of my complex, but I wasted money and became uglier.... The hospital where I had it done said they could reposition the septal cartilage in the tip again, remove the added cartilage to make it shorter, and if I want, widen the osteotomy area too. If I do that, could I go back to a shape like my nose before surgery...? Or will my nose look even cheaper because the hump was shaved down...? Please, I really want to get back my previous round, soft impressionㅠㅠ Please give me just one opinion each.. I’ll delete the photos soon...
