Before the consultation, the system required transferring the reservation deposit to the director in charge by account transfer, so I wondered if that was okay. The hospital consultant was kind, and the director spoke calmly. I’m not sure if it’s just that their personality is quiet, but it wasn’t a style where they led the explanation first; if there were no questions, the consultation ended. Considering there was a consultation fee, it ended in under 10 minutes, and I think it would have been better if they had examined things in more detail. I was also thinking of doing functional nose surgery together, but among the hospitals I visited, it was the highest at 1.8 million. Even with indemnity insurance, it was high, so I wondered if I could even receive much back. They said if I paid a reservation deposit and went ahead, they’d take 400,000 off and that it was refundable, so I paid it, but when I contacted them to cancel, even after 3 days they haven’t read the message
