First of all, after philtrum reduction, the floor of my nostrils came down and gave a pig-nose feeling. While shopping around for nose surgery, I thought it would be too major of a surgery, so I looked into whether there was anything to raise the floor of the nostrils, and this was the only place I found. During the consultation, the director clearly told me about side effects and what could be aesthetically unfavorable, and said no to things that were not possible. I really liked that part / After surgery, the floor of my nostrils definitely went up, and I am so, so satisfied. If I hadn’t known, I almost would have had major nose surgery. The managers are kind too ^_^
