Is free early correction possible for silicone deviation?

The silicone from the nose surgery I had 2 years ago had shifted to one side, so I finally had revision surgery! They said they would insert the silicone shifted toward the opposite side, and I went into surgery. But I felt it as soon as the splint came off.. Ah..? It shifted again.. lol They did say my nose is asymmetrical and the heights differ, but if I could feel that it was deviated starting from the glabella as soon as the splint came off, is free early correction possible? I had revision surgery because of the deviation.. Now it’s shifted again right after removing the splint, so I’m stressed.. They said they inserted it shifted toward the opposite side, but it still somehow ended up shifted again toward the original direction... Now that 2 weeks have passed, even when I take photos, it’s deviated..ㅜ I guess my nose is just a nose that keeps shifting... What should I do in this kind of case... Is it completely impossible for me to use an implant? When I ask for early correction, I feel like this hospital will say it’s because my nose is asymmetrical or whatever, that there’s nothing they can do, and try not to do early correction, or they’ll charge me for early correction...ㅠㅠ Will it cost several million won again.. ha
